PURPOSE: The purpose of Monkeytown Farm and Home is donate a portion of sales from to home customers and home-based businesses back to the community.

How much will be donated?
A portion of all purchases will be donated. There will frequently be coupons on the site for discounts, and you, the customer, can choose to keep the discount or donate the discount amount as well. For example, if a coupon for 10% is active and you choose to donate your discount, the organization of your choice will receive the regular contribution plus an extra 10% from that order.

How will you keep track of all that?
Ah, you have to love computers. Your login email address is the key. We can easily run reports totaling your purchases over the quarter, the discounts you chose not to take, and compute the correct total.

What organizations are eligible?
Any not for profit organization in your community, excluding political groups.

How do I register the organization of my choice.
Click on the Give Back banner and note your organization's name and city, or give us a call at 800-472-5957 or 319-472-5956 and we'll get you all set up!

How is payment made to organizations receiving donations?
We will issue a check to your organization each quarter. The first payment is scheduled to be mailed April 15th.

Can I change my designated organization?
You will be given the opportunity to change your organization at the beginning of each quarter. If you don't change organizations the donation will continue to be made.

Can I use this for my existing Monkeytown business account?
Monkeytown Farm and Home discounts and donations are available only for newly established usernames and passwords.
