Ordering | Orders are accepted by fax, phone or online. Please contact us for a fax ordering form. All orders must be placed by 4 pm, Monday through Wednesday for next day delivery (see delivery details).

Shipping & Delivery | Free next business day shipping is available with most products ordered Monday thru Wednesday. Some exclusions apply. Orders placed on Thursday & Friday will be processed for Monday delivery. Call a monkeytown Customer Care Specialist for details.

Pricing & Quantities | Prior purchases are not eligible for discount, credit or premiums. We reserve the right to correct pricing or copy errors, and since individual items are subject to availability from our suppliers, we also reserve the right to limit quantities or offer a substitution in the event of a discontinued item. If an item is discontinued we will make every attempt to find a comparable replacement of similar value.
